Dr. Davis and his assistant are phenomenal! I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a root canal. The receptionist is very attentive and helpful as well! Thank you Lake Endo!

Everything about this visit was positive. As a medical consultant, I saw most medical offices having trouble with their front end. This is not the case with lake Endo. They are textbook in the way they deal with patients. As for Dr. Wells, he is one of the nicest dentist I've ever met. Clearly cares about his patients, their comfort and eliminating their issues.

Looked for local Endo as Dentist indicated I needed to see one. Chose this one from Aetna's site (once you sign in)"In Network" listing. Told Dentist, who sent then referral info to them. Had other appts going (hearing, physical, etc) so it took a while before I realized I had NOT heard from Endo. So I called. Was told by Brittany that she didn't see anything, it could be lost or was not sent. Read details from referral to her. She asked if my Aetna ins. was a PPI(?). Explained I had HMO with Aetna. Was told I would need a code from Aetna. So I called Aetna dental services and explained what had happened and that Endo stated they needed a code. The Dental Services person was perplexed and told me to stay on the line and she would connect with this Endo. A Candy (?) answered. Talk about getting excited! Her tone of voice and conversation went from professional to "OMG, the world is coming to an end" excitement level. Then this was stated "We don't participate with Aetna HMO. We do participate with Aetna PPO. So we would advise patient you're out of network with Aetna." Then preaching to Dental rep "..you can see information on your end that he doesn't have out of network benefits.

Dr Davis and the staff at Lake Endo were wonderful. Nobody likes to have a root canal but they made the experience as pain free and easy as possible. A BIG thank you to Rachel for getting getting me in quickly when they had a last minute cancelation. Highly recommend.

5 star experience every single time: I recently had an apicoectomy and a bone graft done at Lake Endo and I can confidently say this is the best endodontic experience I have ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly knows how to take care of their patients from the moment you walk in. Dr. Davis is hands down the best Endodontist in the entire Charlotte metro area. I drive nearly 50 minutes to get to this office and the trip is absolutely worth it every single time. What started as a scary and complex dental situation was made unbelievably easy. Dr. Davis performed both the apicoectomy and bone graft with such skill that it felt like a routine visit. He was exceptionally attentive, explained everything clearly, and even shared his personal number so I could reach out after hours if I had any concerns. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. They use state of the art technology and it shows in the precision and comfort of the entire process. They are also part of the Cigna DHMO network which made things even smoother. I highly recommend keeping Dr. Davis and Lake Endo as your top choice for endodontic care. Kudos to the entire team
